Information correct as at 6 November 2026.
What is confirmed?
Anthropic announced its public IPO filing on 26 October 2026. In that announcement, it said it intended to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. The share count and price range had not been determined at that point. [1]
A filing is not a completed listing. As at 6 November 2026, we have not verified a company-confirmed final offer price or first trading date in the sources reviewed.
Look beyond the headline
According to CNBC's coverage of the amended filing, Anthropic generated $33.24 billion in revenue in the nine months ended 30 September 2026. The report also described substantial losses and long-term infrastructure commitments. Growth alone does not establish investment value. [2]
What we can discuss
- What the published information does and doesn't establish.
- How valuation, costs and competition could affect the investment case.
- What remains unconfirmed about the proposed offering.
Risks to consider
AI businesses face competition, changing regulation and substantial infrastructure costs. Growth may not lead to sustainable profits. Any eventual share price could be volatile.
A conversation, not a commitment
Booking an appointment does not place an investment order, reserve shares or establish that an investment is suitable for you.
